i'm BACK!!!!
missed me? haha... well... i actually came back from Thailand on tuesday night and i came online too but i had too many other things to do online that i forgot to update. please forgive me! :P hmm... i'd love to tell you about the whole trip coz it was v fun but i really dont wanna bore you with the details so i'll just do a really brief account of wad we did.
went to the Grand Palace (it was really nice!) and a few other places of interest... we sat the tuk-tuk too! its a form of open air transport. its sorta like a taxi. except you're not all closed up in the air-conditioned vehicle. i'll try to get a picture to show you. and we also went to this huge market where they sell all sorts of things! i bought 2 nice slippers and a linkin park shirt. they didnt sell any a1 shirts! was v upset about that. (i wore the linkin park shirt back to singapore! :D) everything is so cheap in thailand! some are more than half the price in singapore and some half the price. we were at a shopping centre and i bought the Busted CD, A Present For Everyone, for half the price they sell in singapore! over here, a CD can cost you up to S$30 or even more. and i bought the CD for only 340 baht which means in singapore dollars, it's only S$14.80! but unfortch, they dont give the free Busted badges and free calender like singapore does. BLAH! haha... but wadever really. i wanted to buy the Britney CD, In The Zone, too but my mum said i could only buy one. hurmp...
my tuition teacher called on the night i came back (tuesday) while i was using the comp and she asked if i was supposed to come tomorrow (on wednesday that is) and i said i wasnt sure. so she asked me to come on thursday and friday, which is today and tomorrow, at 1pm. this sux! i just came back, all tired and everything, and she wants me to go back for stupid tuition! ARGH! sometimes, life has a way of treating you badly. blah!
yesterday was my mum's bday and i hadnt gotten her anything... so i wrote a letter for her using one of the three letter sets i bought from thailand. i actually wanted to make an artwork for her using pictures of her on the trip cut and pasted together to form a picture. but in the end, i was interrupted by my dad so i couldnt finish it in time to give it to my mother. hurmp!
